SJGC Alumna Giselle Thomas Wins Daytime Emmy Award

FAMU SJGC Alumna Giselle Thomas recently won a Daytime Emmy Award. She was a part of the talented team at CBS This Morning/ CBS Mornings in New York. The show won an Emmy in late 2022 at the 43rd Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards for Outstanding News Program 2021-2022.

Giselle is credited as an Associate Producer, as she worked for CBS Mornings from 2018 through 2021. “I am truly thankful for the knowledge and tools I gained from FAMU SJGC. It is an honor to share this achievement with my alma mater,” the 2018 SJGC Broadcast Journalism graduate said.
